Job Summary
Our newest concept, Experience Zuzu, a cutting-edge fine dining Asian restaurant, will be opening its second location in Nashville in early 2025. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facilities. Zuzu offers an experience-driven approach to modern Asian cuisine, and we need a skilled maintenance professional to maintain the high standards of our environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, Detroit-based hospitality group and play a key role in the expansion of this landmark brand
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Preventative maintenance, general repair and upkeep for various equipment, HVAC and the properties themselves throughout our system.
Troubleshooting issues, formulating solutions and repairing in a timely manner.
High sense of urgency with a cooperative attitude & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Actively supporting our businesses by providing ideas to improve.
Communicate efficiently with the Director of Real Estate to ensure all tasks and repairs are completed.
Demonstrate safety and quality in support of The Elia Group’s policies with focus on zero injuries.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers and restaurant teams.
Perform other duties as required.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:
Experience working with restaurant equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and trouble shooting
HVAC and refrigeration knowledge
Physical ability to respond timely to emergency situations on property
Valid Driver’s License
High School diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the United States
