Zwicker is presently seeking a Complaint Analyst to join our team. This Attorney role will be responsible for the oversight of the complaint process from a litigious aspect. The Compliance Analyst will be required to communicate with multiple internal departments and with client complaint departments to ensure proper reporting and handling of complaints occurs. The Compliance Analyst will work with the Complaint Specialist to provide guidance on reporting procedures and responses. They will also be responsible for different aspects of the complaint process.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 per year.
Responsibilities include
- Coordinate with Complaint Specialist for proper reporting to the clients
- Updating responses completed by other departments
- Providing guidance to Complaint Specialists with who to assign complaints to and complaint descriptions
- Manage complaint inquiries sent from the client and work with internal departments to obtain the information
- Creating reporting of monthly complaints to identify trends and opportunities to share with upper management.
- Other duties as assigned
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction
- Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures
- Review litigation complaints to determine appropriate action
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills (ability to identify, analyze and solve problems)
- Manage multiple priorities
- Organization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prepare comprehensive, clear, concise reports
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with departments and clients
- Maintain objectivity and impartiality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of civil procedure
- Debt collection experience
- Prior experience in high volume environment
Physical Qualifications:
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
