Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States.

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support our HR leader in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to a senior leader whose role requires complete confidentiality.

Responsibilities include

  • Support the SVP in all aspects of the role
  • Various HR duties as assigned by management
  • Anticipate and coordinate all travel needs, manage calendar, email, and phone calls
  • Manage aspects of HR communication with employees
  • Take notes during meetings and delivered polished materials including presentations and briefs
  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
  • Organize team communication and plan events

The ideal candidate will have

  • Prior work experience in Human Resources and / or experience with related HRIS programs
  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the Firm and its employees
  • Physical Qualifications

  • Be able to lift five pounds or greater
  • Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
  • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
  • Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
