Respond to detailed Requests for Proposal (RFP) questionnaires released by prospective customers that request detailed information about Zycus, Zycus' products, implementation, and support. Create review product proposal documents. Identify the customers' current landscape, process pain areas, process improvement opportunities, potential Return on Investment (ROI), and project Key Performance Indicators (KPls) / success. 20% travel throughout the U.S. to work locations and customer sites.
