Job Description: We are seeking a Janitor and Cleaner to provide janitorial maintenance for one of our office buildings in Hildebran, NC. The offices are cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. All cleaning services are performed after business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform janitorial tasks as scheduled.
- Clean and maintain the facility.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial and cleaning services.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual for evening shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have transportation to the job location
Cleaning Technician MUST provide own equipment (mop, mop bucket, broom, vacuum cleaner). All consumables will be provided (i.e. window cleaner, disinfectant, floor cleaner, paper products, trash bags).
