Description of Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities with the portfolio of Key Customers assigned. This position has potential for growth and advancement.
- Preparing materials prior to customer meetings.
- Responsible for following up on post-meeting duties.
- Delegate responsibility and follow up to ensure timelines are met.
- Responsible for managing entire process of new item launches (from item set up to launch/ship)
- Communicate with internal departments ensuring customer needs are met.
- Email / Phone communication with buyers, etc…
- Weekly/Monthly meetings with Account managers and internal departments
- Data Entry and double checking
- Provide daily communication to Sales and Internal teams.
- Assist with special projects.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining CRM database
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
