Position Summar
yTh e Senior Research Associate or Scientist I, Analytics position is responsible for conducting sample analysis, analytical method development and optimization to support bioprocess development and production of bio-based materials at different stages from R&D to scaleup and commercialization. This cross-functional role is a great opportunity to collaborate with other R&D groups such as strain engineering, enzyme development, downstream processing, and tech transfer to the company's external partners
Responsibiliti
- esPerform basic and complex laboratory experiments, follow protocols and procedures, and generate reproducible and accurate analytical dat
- a.Carry on and optimize sample preparation for HPLC and LCMS analysis, using automated and manual technique
- s.Perform LCMS and HPLC analysis, process data, and report the result
- s.Lead and contribute to the development and validation of QQQ LCMS methods for accurate quantitative analysis of small molecule
- s.Operate, maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments, setup methods, analyze data, summarize and report result
- s.Present results and ideas in group and project meeting
- s.Assist with training and support of junior and new team member
- s.Maintain chemicals and consumables inventorie
- s.Work in accordance with health and safety guidelines and company policie
