About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Federal Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, both digital and hard copy, in compliance with internal and client procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Scan and file documents according to standardized procedures.
- Draft and format routine letters, memos, and reports using Microsoft Word.
- Compile and assemble data for reports and presentations from established sources.
- Assist with contracts and writing proposals.
- Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned.
