Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams in the preparation of design documents, presentation materials, and construction drawings.
- Contribute to the development of conceptual and schematic design efforts under the guidance of senior staff.
- Perform research related to materials, codes, and precedents to support project objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and coordination sessions.
- Support 2D and 3D visualization efforts, including renderings and model development.
- Maintain organized project files and support documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of design principles, building systems, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Interest in sustainable design, LEED certification, or related coursework.
- Prior internship or studio experience is a plus but not required.
