The Cybersecurity Engagement Delivery Manager will assist in overseeing projects while simultaneously supporting the Security Operations Center, clients, and internal / external stakeholders. The Cybersecurity Engagement Delivery Manager is accountable for translating metrics into meaningful business objectives and assisting the Sr. Cybersecurity Delivery Manager in tracking / driving tasks and deliverables to ensure goals and objectives are met. Cybersecurity Engagement Delivery Manager Responsibilities :
- Assist in client-facing engagements
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate delivery of services to assigned client accounts
- Be involved, and at times present, in client meetings covering key metrics, workstream updates, and action items
- Assist in resolving identified customer needs and pain points
- Coordinate with customers and Zyston team members to develop project timelines
- Capture client reporting needs by compiling and interpreting metrics from security tools to present to the client
- Assist in developing solutions for customers based upon an understanding of Zyston’s team members, capabilities, tool offerings, and service lines
- Quickly identify and utilize client organization team members, reporting structure, and initiatives to help drive project progress
