What you will do:
- Translate high-level strategy from the CEO into actionable plans, ensuring alignment and execution across the organization. Partner with C-level executives to drive key initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present recommendations to the CEO and ELT based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of special projects, as defined by the CEO, from conception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

- 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business leadership, preferably in a high-growth or complex environment.
- Experience in private equity owned B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with C-level executives to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability to translate strategy into action.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through to ensure accountability and impact.
