Title: Investment/ Trading Scrum Master (Only W2)
location: Boston- *Local ONLY- candidates required in Boston for laptop pick up and hybrid onsite schedule (3 days Onsite)
Duration: 12 month initial contract
Key Skills:
Certified Scrum Master, Trading/ investor research/ investment messaging system expertise
Must Have:
- 8 years of total experience
- 4 years of experience dedicated as a Scrum Master or Project Manager (strongly prefer PM background, not BA background)
- 3 years of experience within the asset management or investment services industry.
- 2 years of recent experience working on: trading projects, investor research, Broadridge or other investment messaging system
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills.
- Experienced supporting IT projects and investment systems.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
