What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bathroom Attendant position at ZZ's Club NYC?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Cleaning guest restrooms, including restocking dispensers
- Cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls
- Emptying wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Sweeping, scrubbing floors, using brooms & mops
- Must be capable of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary levels of the facility
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types
- Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly
- Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time
- This position requires standing and walking during majority of shift
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills a must
Salary : $17 - $18
