Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Program Analyst II to support our NOAA client in Silver Spring, MD. Candidates must have experience with IT acquisitions, program management activities, and be a self-started. Savvee is seeking is an extremely strong communicator who can deliver ideas and content in a thorough and comprehensible way.

Essential Functions

• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for IT acquisition planning and execution.
• Providing project and program management support throughout the lifecycle of IT acquisitions, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in change management initiatives, facilitating organizational change regarding workforce alignment and resource loading to strategically execute mission objectives.
• Contributing to data management efforts, including monitoring and tracking IT acquisitions data to inform decision-making processes.
• Supporting contract management services and products, ensuring alignment with the NPO Business Function Model, Service Catalog, and Levels of Support.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate evolving technologies into IT acquisition processes, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Leading and managing process improvement initiatives for the NOAALink Program Office, enabling improvement initiatives to help NPO achieve its mission.
• Assisting in all phases of the project management lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Identifying program metrics and enable program reporting across NPO-wide projects to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Designing, developing, and managing the scope of the program office's business functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Designing customer services within the program office, ensuring that they meet the needs of stakeholders and contribute to overall mission success.
• Implementing strategies for continuous improvement in business functions and customer services, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support

Minimum Experience & Skills

• Eight or more years of professional experience
• Skilled in Google Suite of products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PMP Certification (desired)
