The Assistant Marketing Manager will support our ambitious growth plans in the USA and to build the awareness of our brand. This is an operational marketing role reporting into the Head of Marketing US (based in Europe).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery of our local social media plan:

• Create content - video assets, imagery and copy for posts and stories on various social media platforms;
• Content scheduling and posting;
• Community management and engagement; sharing of stories;
• Management relationships and campaigns with social media influencers;
• Content creation for all other marketing activations:
• SMA campaigns;
• Advertising;
• CRM and e-mailing campaigns, newsletters;
• Webinars;
• Brochures and sales tools;
• Customer testimonials;
• Trade marketing platform and tools;
• Creative input for events, trade shows etc.

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and new ones can be added depending on business needs.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Qualification in marketing, business, content creation, journalism or related field;
• 5 years previous professional experience;
• Previous experience in the health, beauty, aesthetics, luxury, tech or FMCG (health & beauty) industries is desirable;
• Tech-savvy and with a deep interest in digital and social media marketing;
• Graphic design and video editing skills;
• Copywriting skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Divi WordPress would be a plus;
• Knowledge or capacity to learn quickly various software (e.g. emailing clients, content schedulers etc.).

This is a full-time, onsite role, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
