**Job Title:** Night Auditor **Job Overview:** We are looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality throughout the night. **Duties:** - Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management - Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins with professionalism and courtesy - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively - Monitor hotel security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the property - Process guest payments accurately and maintain guest accounts - Assist with any front desk duties as needed during the night shift - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area throughout the night **Skills:** - Prior experience in a guest services role, preferably in a hotel setting - Proficiency in using phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of front desk operations, hospitality industry standards, and guest relations - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills are a plus for better guest communication - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service even during late hours Joining our team as a Night Auditor offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of our hotel's operations, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and secure stay throughout the night.
