Join our team at Innovative Health Care Concepts as a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee and lead our Adult Developmental Disabilities Program.
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in program management, development, and ensuring the well-being of our participants.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job duties include:
- Creating and implementing new program curriculum.
- Scheduling participants and staff.
- Billing and data review.
- Supervising paraprofessional staff.
- Providing on-going training to staff.
- Maintaining a caseload of billable hours.
- Completing participant paperwork and maintaining compliance files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in social work or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in supervising staff members to ensure program effectiveness.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
