Who is our Data Specialist?

If you would describe yourself as a personable, self-motivated Microsoft Excel expert with an eye for details, it may just be you! Our Data Specialist is a vital component of our office team.

This begins as a seasonal position, with opportunity for growth to a permanent/year-round place in our office team. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Authenticity is extremely important! We will train the right candidate.

Day to day life of a Data Specialist:

This position is specifically for someone who has experience and/or working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will need to be well versed in txt files, Comma and Tab Delimited files, and transferring from one to the other. In this position you will be communicating directly with school administrators.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to return a satisfactory background check.
• Comfortable with independent and collaborative work.
• Ability to handle customer information with tact and discretion.
• Proficiency in data entry and management.
• Familiarity with database systems and office software
• Prior experience in data-related roles is a plus

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
