Braman Motorcars Porsche, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, has an immediate opening for experienced Warranty Admin/Bookers who have the ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills.

• Must be able to work within the following hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 6:30pm with 1 hour for lunch (40 hour work week)
• Must be able to work 1 or 2 Saturday’s per month as needed with the following Monday off
• Job requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time with occasional walking
• Job requires working on a computer
• Must have knowledge of ADP computer program
• Must have knowledge of vehicle warranty procedures
• Must have the ability to learn and use the labor time guide
• Must have the ability to converse with technicians in order to book warranty claims
• Must have the ability to enter basic warranty claims in the vehicle warranty claims system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
