We are Better Direct, a leader in Value-Added Resell IT services, hardware, and software located in Tempe, AZ. We enjoy serving all 50 states and US Federal offices abroad. We are seeking a skilled and eager Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing legal advice, possess excellent problem-solving skills and be willing to conduct legal research. Responsibilities-
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Skilled at reading through contracts and deciphering important details
- Draft legal documents including contracts and briefs
- Represent Better Direct during contract negotiations
- Provide expert legal advice for the company
- Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks
Skills-
- Passing of the AZ bar is required prior to starting work
- Proficient in legal research methodologies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with litigation and legal drafting
- Familiarity with contract law a bonus
