Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic, part-time residential field sales representatives to talk to the public about our range of services. As a field sales representative, you will be responsible for going door to door in neighborhoods in and around Nashville at home and telling them about our services.

To ensure success as a field sales representative, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to engage customers and the ability to provide information on a range of services. Ultimately, a top-notch field sales representative is someone who can intimately relate to people face-to-face and sell the company services or ideas without coming across as aggressive.

Duties:

• Memorizing and reciting sales scripts or statements prepared by Southern Roofing.
• Driving to locations.
• Approaching and talking to people in their homes about the company.
• Displaying knowledge of the product or organization.
• Answering questions about the company services.
• Documenting customer contacts.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Meeting quotas set out by the company or organization.
• Recruiting and training new field sales agents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude
• Sales experience preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed)

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
