Si Environmental, LLC is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Austin, TX

Our Austin team is looking for a Customer Care Representative with strong administrative skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will effectively manage incoming customer calls, identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction, follow communication procedures, guidelines, and practices.

If you have customer care/call center experience, strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and data entry skills (word, excel, etc.) …APPLY for this position.

Previous utility experience would be AWESOME and would help with the quick paced training program. Bilingual (verbal and written) is a plus.
