Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support director in all their duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures
- Help facilitate clear and consistent communication between departments
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with employees and parents
- Assist in performance evaluations
- Ensure all work meets necessary compliance standards
- Serve as acting director in the absence of the director
- Family engagement
- Communicate with parents and families
- Child enrollment
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and development of staff
Schedule: Full-time (full-year- 40 Hours per week), Monday- Friday, Dayshift
