Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep is responsible for managing customer’s needs on a daily basis while maintaining a professional and successful business relationship. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Working inside the Service Center at the counter selling our products and services.
- Consult incoming customers on our products and services.
- Conduct an ongoing daily schedule of consulting customers and billing their invoices.
- Must have a positive attitude and be apart of a team culture.
- Follow company safety rules and our policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of inside/outside sales experience required.
- Prior tire experience is preferred, but we will train a motivated individual ready to develop a new career.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools; i.e. Excel, Word
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and good time management ability.
- Must be adaptable and willing to be flexible in a fast paced sales environment.
- Have an outgoing personality and able to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
- Must be comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Have a positive attitude and possess a great work ethic.

Pay: $15-$17 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay and sales spiffs
Work Location: In our offices.

- Springfield, MO 65803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
