Position Summary
Pioneer Technical Services is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer specializing in environmental to be based in one of our permanent office locations (Montana, Idaho, and Colorado) depending on the experience and work location needs of the applicant. The position requires experience in multiple phases of environmental engineering consultation including the ability to market new work, review and understand project design documents, prepare construction plans and specifications, perform planning level designs, support design teams through cost estimation, scope development, engineering analysis, and field inspection. The Senior Environmental Engineer will perform the following specific duties:
Skills & Abilities
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental or related design work.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Registration: Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of Montana or have the ability to obtain registration in the state of Montana within 6 months of the date of hire.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
Other Requirements: The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team when solving complex, technical problems is essential. The job requires strong written skills, interpersonal skills, as well as flexibility and enthusiasm in performing a variety of tasks.
