Position Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Hudson Yards, NY
Status: Contract with possibility for conversion to FTE
Modality: On-site
Pay Rate Range: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude.Client facing/ hospitality experience still a MUST. Experience as a facilities assistant would be preferred.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
What You Will Do / Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area, office and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Managing meeting room availability
  • Schedule and update office events and meetings
  • Assist with meetings and events setup and provide support.
