We currently are a 7-doctor small animal hospital, where our staff is professional but also like to have fun to make the days fly by. We prioritize mental health and ensure a work/life balance by pre-set blocks for appointments with wellness appointments being set before lunch and at the end of the day. We built our reputation for excellence through a commitment to exceptional client care delivered by a dedicated and passionate staff and were named Anoka County's Best Veterinary Clinic 2024.
Anticipated Schedule:
- One surgery day a week
- day on Fridays
- 1-2 Saturdays a month
- 30-minute appointment slots and dedicated breaks in the morning and afternoon for catch up/call backs
Compensation:
- Compensation package includes a competitive starting salary of $110,000 - $140,000 for experienced veterinarians with monthly production and no-negative accrual
