Epcon Communities is growing! We are looking for a professional and driven salesperson to handle all online leads coming from Epcon's community websites and other platforms such as Trulia, Zillow, etc. This Online Sales Counselor will use technology, email, and phone skills to qualify leads, set appointments, and effectively communicate the Epcon message to prospective buyers who begin shopping for a home online. The position will be based out of Raleigh, mostly remote, with some in-office hours required. Weekends required. Responsibilities include:

• The OSC responds immediately to online registrations, wasting no time in engaging a potential buyer
• Answers questions and provides information on the builder, the neighborhood, available home plans, the home buying process, and available incentives and offers
• Qualifies the lead and persistently follows up to set an appointment with the on-site Epcon Sales Consultant
• Follow up by phone and email to reconnect with prospects who are no longer actively engaged
• Manage all leads, prospects, and buyers through Epcon Communities' preferred sales and marketing software
• Tracks and reports conversion statistics

Job Requirements Include:

• A proven track record of success as an Online Sales Counselor, preferably for a home builder
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with managing websites and social media
• Knowledge of a selling process and the ability to pre-qualify the prospect and set an appointment by the end of the phone call
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Follows up with a sense of urgency
• Ability to perform effectively and efficiently while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work well independently
