Your Next Opportunity

As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Designer you will update, organize, and maintain Epcon's plan collection used by all six regions (Columbus, Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville and Indianapolis) and Epcon Franchisees.

• operate CAD/BIM based applications to design, create, and/or modify residential architectural construction documents to a quality that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction.
• audit marketing renderings to ensure they match master plan specifications.
• apply an exceptional knowledge of residential building codes and standards while creating, reviewing, analyzing, understanding, and modifying residential construction documents (master plans, base plans, and job starts) with CAD/BIM software with Revit, AutoCAD and Higharc preferred.

What Does it Take to be Successful?

The qualified candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Architectural Design or Residential Construction with a Bachelor’s preferred. The position also requires 2 years of experience preparing and/or modifying residential construction drawings required.
