ENT Associates of Alabama, P.C. is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near Birmingham, AL

Human Resources Director needed for multi-location physician practice in Birmingham. This position will plan, coordinate, and direct the organization's administrative functions; including but not limited to: the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; management of all HR compliance, forms, and benefits; development of training modules and employee incentive/retention programs; serve as a communication link between the organization's management team and all other employees.

Candidates must possess exceptional organization and communications skills, a general understanding of HR and HR compliance, creativity, enthusiasm for growth, employee morale, and employee retention, a passion for patient care and experience, and the ability to handle stressful situations with confidence, diplomacy, and positivity. Must have a degree in HR - Marketing - or - Healthcare management, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare/management role.
