Food Bank of Siouxland is Hiring a Warehouse/Driver Near Sioux, IA

The main duties for this position is assisting in the warehouse (sorting donated and purchased food items, cleaning, bailing recycled materials, storing product, etc.). Position will further work with agency partners, donors, and general public with food distribution. On occasion, position will assist the Food Bank by delivering food orders to food pantries or picking up product from donors, including retail locations, producers, and/or storage facilities. The deliveries and pick ups may require lifting up to 50 pounds. Electric pallet jacks are provided. Must be customer service oriented, willing to work both independently and as part of a team. It would be preferred if applicant had a Class D-2 (chauffeur's) license or Class B CDL, with air brake endorsement, or the willingness to obtain one. Full time position in a nonprofit dedicated to feeding the food insecure throughout Siouxland. Monday through Friday; 8 to 4:30. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401 K, paid time off, and holidays off.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $34,320.00 per year
