Job Description
Our client, a large international and full service law firm, is seeking a corporate paralegal to join their team. Position can be in Palo Alto or San Francisco.
Ideal candidate will possess 3 years of complex corporate and mergers and acquisition experience in either a law firm working environment is highly preferred. Position is hybrid. Responsibilities will include working with attorneys doing research, management of due diligence reviews, form merger subsidiaries, prepare cap tables/stock issuance, preparation of registration statements, SEC filings, closing documents, M&A transactions, VS financings, securities filings, general corporate maintenance and governance.
Hybrid schedule offered with 3 days in the office.
BS/BA degree required and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program. Must meet the BPC 6450 requirements
Software skills include MS Office, document management software, Excel, Carta
Firm offers a very generous compensation package - up to $165k, including full benefits and a bonus structure.
