Little Leapers is Hiring a Photographer Near Yuba, CA

We are looking for a photographer to come to our park location and take individual and team sport photos of preschool aged kiddos. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our preschool sport program for family memories, and various purposes such as marketing materials, social media, and website content.

  • All photographers are required to use professional photography gear and equipment to create the best images possible.
  • Camera bodies should be DSLR or Mirrorless capable of shooting high quality JPEG images. (Since there is no editing required and the website only accepts JPEG files, we do not accept RAW images.) Photos taken with a smartphone or tablet will not be accepted.
  • Lenses are subject to availability and photographers preferences. It is recommended that you have one nice portrait lens and one nice zoom lens (for action shots), or something like a 70-200mm that can do both.
  • Photographers must be familiar with professional image processing software like Photoshop and Lightroom. While editing is not required for the Little Leaper photo days, situations can arise where adjustments or file conversions need to be made.
  • Professional lighting is not required if the photographer is capable of taking quality photos without it, however we do recommend utilizing on-camera or off-camera flash as lighting conditions can vary and be unpredictable.
