Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager eager to join our collaborative team. You'll be key in identifying sales opportunities, promoting the ProCFO Partners brand, and contributing to our entrepreneurial collective.   • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
  • High-Earning Potential: With commissions, your total compensation can soar to an impressive $180,000 - $200,000 annually!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
