About the Club

Robert Trent Jones Golf Club is renowned as one of the top golf clubs in the world. The club has a rich past of hosting the Presidents Cup four times as well as the 2015 PGA Tour Quicken Loans Invitational and is an upcoming host to the 2024 LPGA Solheim Cup. Being a golf club, the only amenity offered is golf. There is a world class golf course, a fantastic practice facility, and a fabulous clubhouse to top it all off. Job Description

Outside staff workers are essential in helping make sure golf operations run smoothly and effectively while providing the best levels of customer service to our members and guests. A broad overview of the position duties includes but are not limited to:

- Maintaining cleanliness of all golf carts

- Picking up golf balls from the driving range and short game area

- Organizing and storing golf bags belonging for both members and guests

Customer Service

Customer service towards our members and their guests is a very important aspect of the job. Interacting with golfers creates a warm and inviting environment while ensuring they have everything they need. Anticipating member preferences and executing them is a personal touch that separates RTJGC from other golf clubs. The little details are what matters!

Golf Department Operations (Opening)

· Preparing carts for members and guests with all correct items

· Pulling players' bags from the bag room for the day

· Setting up the range/short game facilities and keeping both stocked throughout the day

· Picking the golf balls off of practice facilities when needed

· Stocking and filling all coolers with ice on the course

Golf Department Operations (Closing)

· Thoroughly washing carts and pre prepping them for the next day

· Returning players clubs into the bag room and overnight storage

· Taking out trash if needed

· Taking down the range/short game setups and prepping for the openers

· Picking the short game , the putting/chipping greens at the range, and the deck area

· Stock/Vacuum the indoor hitting bays

Pay: $14.00 per hour
