Position:

The Tier 1 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Support Paraprofessional to serve 5 days a week in the School District of Phillips following the 2024-2025 school year calendar. Opportunities are available at the 4K-5 (elementary) and 6-12 (secondary) level.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide immediate assistance to social-emotional needs of individual students
• Participate in team meetings to proactively address behavioral and social concerns of individual students
• Reinforce learned coping skills in the classrooms
• Work with staff and individual students to support building and district wide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives to ensure all students are aware of resources and coping skills
• Collect data of support provided, share data with the teams
• Knowledge and experience supporting children in behavior strategies and social emotional learning is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.60 per hour
