TIMELINE & RESPONSIBILITES:
This position is designed to fast-track an individual looking to grow into a regional manager position within the first year.
The first 90-days ($34,300/year or $16.50/hour) will be spent learning what is required for day-to-day operations the laundromats. This is includes, but is not limited to, associate level cleaning tasks, customer assistance, basic machine operation, and inventory management.
After 90 days & a satisfactory performance review, you will be working as an assistant manager ($38,480/year or $18.50/hour). You will also be reimbursed for mileage while traveling between the laundromats within the local market. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Within one year, it is our goal to have you fully trained to operate as a regional manager ($40,560/year or $19.50/hour & have a company vehicle). This is based upon your ability to function independently in the assistant manager role & to further be able to:
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass background check
Valid driver's license & good driving record
Previous experience as a C-Store or fast food assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
Bilingual- Spanish/English is preferred
Good written & verbal communication skills
Good time management & organizational skills
Computer literacy
Must comply with safety protocols
