Job Overview:

• The Center's growing vocational services has an opportunity for a dedicated professional who has a passion for providing people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities access to all the benefits of their community. Primary daily responsibilities are site development (for both volunteer and paid-work experiences), maintaining and growing relationships with existing, new, and prospective employers, and creating work programs with business partners.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at relationship building, marketing, job development, and has experience supporting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience providing employment services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience with sales and/or marketing.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
