Trash Tech is Hiring an Operations Supervisor Near Smyrna, DE
- Oversight of day-to-day operations activities
- First resolution for service-related issues
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Routing, and Dispatch.
- Create, maintain and manage policies and procedures for operations.
- Adhere to all SEM health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Your personal safety is your responsibility.
- Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occur or are witnessed.
- Promote and enforce safety in the workplace.
- Must have 5-10 years of experience supervising employees.
- Trash hauling experience preferred.
- CDL preferred
- Trucking experience required.
- Dispatching experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
