With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Landscape Sales Representative.

Position Overview:

As a Landscape Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales in the areas of landscape and snow services. This role encompasses selling landscape projects, landscape and snow services, and achieving set sales targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our growth plan and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for landscape projects and landscape and snow services. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the design and service teams to ensure client satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely sales reports.

Compensation:

• Commission Only: Can earn up between 75,000-100,000 per year
• Sales Quota Minimum: $750,000 per year

Commission Structure:

• 10% Commission up to $750,000
• 11% Commission 750k- 1 Million
• 12% Commission 1 Million - 2 Million
• 13% Commission 2 Million and Up
