Our client is a vertically integrated real estate owner operator of industrials assets across major markets in the Sun Belt. We are looking to fill a Property Manager role for an industrial asset in Las Vegas on a hybrid work schedule (work from home with frequent visits to site during the week).

Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Collaboration with ownership and asset management on execution of the business plan
• Manage assistant property manager and onsite staffing
• Vendor and service contract management
• Tenant communication and requests
• Support of Construction Management on capex projects.
• Preparation and review of annual budget and opex.
• Reporting, funding requests, AR/AP management, and lease administration.

Key Qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of experience managing commercial assets, preferably industrial.
• Proficient in Yardi and MS Office
• Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year educational institution preferred.
• NV Real Estate License. Candidates without a license will be considered but will need to be licensed within a short period.
• Good time management and tenant relations skills.
• Strong financial acumen, leadership, and communication with strong attention to detail.
• Independent self-starter.
• Works well in entrepreneurial environment.
