Typical duties and responsibilities Cold Call Insurance Agency Principal or Administrator Track your contact list provided by company Explain products and services to customer Keep track of potential customers who no longer want contacted Hand off qualified customers to sales representative Meet your goals set forth by company Education and experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Sales, customer service, or a related field Required skills and qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to deal with rejection Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer and data entry skills High level of personal accountability Well organized Dependable Preferred qualifications: 1-2 years or more of experience as a cold caller, retail sales or other customer service jobs The ability to problem solve and think both dynamically as well as critically Possess the ability to work under pressure both supervised and unsupervised Harris provides mission critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
