Position Overview:

The Account Manager Assistant is a support position and will report to the Sr. Account Manager. As an assistant, you will support Programs staff with servicing customers by maintaining accurate records via data entry in asset tracking software, confirming services and inspections, and assisting with the needs of the department.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):

• Input inspection sheets post-inspection
• Two-week follow up on any open estimates and invoices
• Accurately report Program inventory of pads and batteries for Program stock
• Accurately report expiring maintenance programs to Sr. Account Manager
• Enter data for new customers or new purchases into Asset Panda
• Assist with Subscribe and Save customers as needed
• Assist with processing payments as needed
• Assist inspectors with supplies and parts for inspections
• Prepare site walk paperwork for new customers
• Confirm in-services for Program customers
• Confirm inspections schedules with customers
• Prepare inspection paperwork for inspectors
• Assist Account Managers with projects/tasks/events as needed

KPI’s (Expected Accomplishments):

• 90% accuracy on data entry into Asset Panda
• Confirm with 100% of customers for in-services, site walks, and inspections
• 90% accuracy on information provided on Inspection Sheets for inspectors
• Data entry must be completed in a timely manner

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy office setting
• Customer service arena experience
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent computer skills including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, Google Suite
• Ample experience using Mac computers
• Proficient with databases
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills
