Job Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representative. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who are eager to learn all aspects of our sales process from the ground up and develop a rewarding sales career.

Our comprehensive training program will begin with complete focus on handling hot leads - businesses and individuals who need our service. Sales Representatives will also be exposed to our Partner Program, and Account Management. While we offer the flexibility of remote working, the successful candidates will need to be based in the St. Louis area as in-office training and occasional office-based work will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply the fundamentals of our sales process.
• Converting hot leads into opportunities.
• Meet and exceed set performance targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Driven, motivated attitude.
• Based in the St. Louis area.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary and bonus scheme ($30,000 base salary plus bonus)
• On-target-earnings: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 upon completion of training.
