Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager for our growing cafe and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for overall excellence, exceptional customer service, and team leadership.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations
- Supervise and train cafe staff on food service procedures and customer interactions
- Ensure high-quality standards and presentation are consistently met
- Through leadership capabilities, foster and promote a positive, energetic, team focused work environment for staff

- Implement effective strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment

Experience:
- Proven experience in food service management and/or restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive cafe experience
- Proficient in inventory control and ordering processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
