As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently processing transactions at the checkout counter. Your duties will include:

- Greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases

- Operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately

- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area

- Answering customer inquiries

- Promoting special sales and offers to customers

- Sorting clothing for purchase, looking over clothing for rips, holes, and stains

- Lift and move customer buys as necessary to process

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Fluency in English

- Previous experience running a cash register

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
