Required skills:
Experience providing support and issue resolution for employee benefit issues.
Experience with Leave Administration, Cobra, 401k plans and other areas in benefits
Knowledge of compliance and policy development/ implementation
Must have at least 2 years of Benefits Admin experience
Great communication and interpersonal skills!
