TITLE: Impact Coordinator – (Part-Time)
HOURS: 10-25 hours per week – non-exempt
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: up to 25%
SALARY RANGE: $15-$20 / hour based on qualifications/experience

POSITION SUMMARY:
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Laurel Region (BBBSLR) seeks a dynamic motivated individual with a passion to help build and grow the mission and impact BBBSLR. This individual should possess skills that include being detail oriented, ability to manage and complete multiple projects, and ability to create and deliver impactful activities in support of our Matches. The successful candidate should also relate well with people, have outstanding communication skills, and be driven to help us achieve our mission. This position will help us deliver our mission in our service area that includes Westmoreland and Fayette Counties.
Our Mission: To create and support 1:1 mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall
· Represent the agency in meetings, speaking engagements, fundraising, and recruitment events for purposes of being a friendly, informed, and energetic ambassador of BBBSLR
· Communicate consistently and clearly with team members, and other key stakeholders to keep the projects on track.
SUPERVISION
This position will report to the Development Coordinator and will be an integral part of the agency as the person will work to support both the development and program departments to advance the overall mission of the organization.
60 Day Review and Annual Reviews
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Starting salary range: $15 - $20 per hour dependent upon qualifications and experience
Available benefits:
· Work related mileage reimbursement at the IRS approved standard mileage rate.
· Eligible for Paid Time Off based on hours worked per week after one year of service and positive annual review.

EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in early childhood or education, social work, human services, project management or related field. OR current students in pursuit of a related degree or experience in a similar capacity are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience equivalency will be considered for this role.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a routine office environment that may include flexible work hours and work locations. This could include evenings and/or weekends to meet agency and community needs. Travel required to local communities (Westmoreland and Fayette Counties), event locations and businesses. The ability to lift items for event set up is essential. A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and minimum state required automobile insurance are required in this position.
