Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a competitive market. If you are results-oriented and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Develop new business through prospecting, coldcalling and networking efforts
  • Provide technical sales support to customers on product offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration
  • Manage key accounts and provide exceptional account management services

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in outside sales experience
  • Technical knowledge of building materials: especially wood flooring, tile, and stone
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate personality with strong closing skills
  • Strong initiative required to be successful in role
  • Must be willing to take occasional calls after-hours and on weekends
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
