Our client is a growing, well-established corporation with an international footprint, and they have an immediate need for a Tax Manager to handle all tax compliance as it relates to US tax returns for multiple entities.

What you'll be doing:

• Complete US tax compliance workpapers for the preparation of tax returns
• Streamlining tax workpapers and processes.
• Manage the reconciliation of fixed asset tax depreciation software.
• Serve as liaison and manage outside consultants and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated tax provisions.
• Identify and implement tax planning and savings strategies.
• Assist with US tax audits.
• Respond to tax notices.
• Prepare income tax installments.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related) required
• CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in US corporate taxation.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
